Shawn has been involved in the sales, operations and support of Excelsior since the inception of the program. Shawn’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire fulfillment operation and supporting the sales team in maintaining Excelsior’s state-of-the-art online expertise. Previously, Shawn has had numerous years of experience as Marketing Support Manager and therefore has a clear understanding of the importance of a successful lead management and order management program. He brings to Excelsior his experience in internal systems (including data capture and Internet) and his ability to work with all customers to tailor a program specifically for their needs. Shawn also has experience in working with our existing customers to develop annual budgets for organizations and setting internal checks and balances in order to stay within budget constraints.
